Answer:Here is my simple answer. Nacho cheese!!! Seriously though, cheddar is always a winner. If you want to add something to give it a little kick on top of the Cheddar, try Gruyere. I have to warn you though, it is quite expensive. Basically, any cheese that brings you closer to the ultimate nacho platter is the best cheese. This can be different for every person.
